CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations for our Villas, Apartments, and Flats can be made through the reservation form on our website, by phone, or by email. The rental terms of ZEHRA GROUP and NOKTA VILLA will be processed once you specify the dates you wish to rent the Villa, Apartment, or Flat, and provide necessary transportation and invoice details for pre-booking.
- Cancellation requests for reservations: The reservation can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours from the time the reservation contract reaches the guest (at least 3 nights and 4 days before the accommodation date).
- Zehra Group reserves the right to apply different pricing policies according to the market segmentation it has pre-determined.
- Reservation changes, date changes, number of persons changes, and villa type changes will be made according to the available rates on the day the change is requested.
- By signing this agreement, the guest agrees, declares, and commits that if any changes are made to the reservation during a period when a special discount was applied, the reservation will be subject to the prices applied on the date of confirmation of the change request.
- The guest has the right to request a date change until 20 days before the reservation date, based on availability. However, for the second and any subsequent date change requests, the guest will be charged a processing fee of 1,000 TL.
- No deductions will be made for cancellation requests made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date.
- If the reservation is cancelled after receiving the reservation document (within 59 and 15 days before the estimated check-in date), 10% of the total accommodation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the guest's bank account or card. If the guest has a remaining balance, the payment must be made to the facility’s bank account or card.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days or less before the check-in date, the accommodation fee paid by the guest will not be refunded, and the full amount will be subject to a No Show fee. If the guest owes any amount, payment must be made to the facility’s bank account or card.
- If the guest or their first or second-degree relatives request cancellation due to force majeure (such as funeral, death, war, travel-restrictive health problems, epidemic diseases), no refund procedures will be applied. The guest may transfer the full payment to the same dates of the next year if they wish.
- In case of cancellation or changes due to accident, illness, or death of the guest or their first or second-degree relatives, an official report from a fully equipped government hospital is required to validate the cancellation.
- Refunds for cancelled reservations will be processed within 30 business days. In case of force majeure, the refund period may be extended.
- A 5,000 TL CASH DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be collected on the check-in day. It will be refunded on the check-out day. If any damage occurs in the rented property, an assessment will be made, and any material damage will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Any request for date changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing. The business is not responsible for any inconvenience caused if not notified in writing.
- For payments made by credit card, after deducting the transaction fees, the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the villa is closed for accommodation by the owner or the ministry, wars in the country, natural disasters in the accommodation area, or epidemic diseases nationwide, it will be considered force majeure.
- Force majeure events (funeral, death, war, travel-restrictive health problems, epidemic diseases, villa closure) allow both NOKTA VILLA and ZEHRA GROUP to mutually terminate this contract without any legal liability.
- Reservation cancellations must be communicated to ZEHRA GROUP and NOKTA VILLA in writing via email or fax. Cancellations will not be accepted if not made in writing. If the guest voluntarily leaves the Villa-Apartment-Flat before the agreed departure, no refund will be made for the accommodation fee.
Guests who make a reservation for any of our Villas, Apartments, or Flats agree to the terms mentioned above. If any of these conditions are violated, ZEHRA GROUP and NOKTA VILLA have the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally, without refund, and demand the full amount of the rental fee.
The guest must read, understand, and sign the “Villa-Apartment-Flat Rental Agreement” prepared by ZEHRA GROUP and NOKTA VILLA at the time of check-in. Otherwise, any payment previously made to ZEHRA GROUP and NOKTA VILLA will not be refunded, and the accommodation will not be allowed (the contract will be unilaterally terminated by NOKTA VILLA). ZEHRA GROUP and NOKTA VILLA will have the right to claim the entire amount of the contract. After the contract is signed by both parties, a copy will be provided to the guest by NOKTA VILLA.
After the necessary information and introductions are made by the ZEHRA VILLA and NOKTA VILLA representative at the time of check-in, the key will be handed over to the guest.
The guest is responsible for their own safety during their stay. ZEHRA GROUP and NOKTA VILLA are not liable for any security breaches that may occur during the stay.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Fethiye Enforcement Offices and Courts.
Guests who make a reservation for our Villas, Apartments, or Flats agree to all the conditions mentioned above. Any behavior contrary to these conditions will give ZEHRA GROUP and NOKTA VILLA the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation, withhold the refund, and demand the full rental amount.
